All I can say is WOW!!!!! I’m a bit biased as that was already my favorite of your short stories, but hearing it out loud like that gave me the same chills as when read it for the first time on a rainy Florida night. It just seems to reach down to your primevil side and squeeze out the violent revenge in all of us. Well maybe its just me and I have a rage problem….:)

Kate, here is a challenge for you.. Take something like the Betty Crocker cookbook or something else commonplace like that and turn it into a dramatic reading demo.. I bet you can do it.. Blitz

Hey! Well done, Kate and Peter! I do like the music, of course.
But the writing is great as well. Kate, you did an excellent job of matching the two up. Come to think of it I wrote the song as music to accompany one of my stories but it works very well with this one! Great work!
