Did you want that in widescreen?

Apparently nVidia thinks that their newer video drivers should tell my spiffy, widescreen monitor to display the incorrect “native” resolution. Thank god for people who frequent the nVidia user forums. Without them, I wouldn’t have a fix for a stretched desktop and blurry text.

I never had this problem with ATI cards (I was ATI loyal until the 7000 series of nVidia). And damned if I’m not about to buy nVidia again, since ATI can’t make a competitive DirectX 10 part. *sigh*
