And so it begins…
Tomorrow we begin our epic journey to the forested hills of southeastern Oklahoma. We’ll have a cooler full of meat (For Eat Meat with Pete), a truck full of murder machines, and some outdoor equipment. The weather looks to be very nice (highs in the 70′s and lows in the 50′s), so hopefully we won’t freeze (like we did last year).
We’ll take some great video footage and some great pictures. In the meantime, Kate will post some interesting things in my absence. She has a science post to put up, and some writing that she’s done on her own to entertain you. Be nice to her, because if you don’t, she’ll hold a grudge. You don’t want her to hold a grudge against you. The last person that she held a grudge against ended up getting a cat’s head FedEx’ed to their workplace.

And here is where I take the opportunity to tell everyone that I hate you for going camping without me, (again).
And I’ve never killed a cat.
