Wow! Congratulations!
You’re going to have to get them to reschedule.. they should’ve know that overlaps with the 2nd Annual Eat Meat with Pete outing.
Isn’t that in association with P.E.T.A.? (People who Eat Tasty Animals)
Congratz?
In the words of Bill & Ted, “Excellent!”
That is too fuckin cool. Yes. I think it deserves an expletive remark.
*wyldman kneels in subjective awe*
Awesome! Congratulations!
I almost got accepted, but they said “The Shades of Beer Spit” isn’t a literary work…
elitist pompous assholes.
Yay! W0ot!1! Go Pete! Hurrah Huzzah!!
May your proverbial pen plunge deep into the minds of your sci-fi peers. We all know that you have the “CHOPS!”, go and show them what you are made of!
Hmmm…
Option 1: Eat Meat with Pete. Guys w/ Guns eating all sorts of animals out in the wilderness…
OR
Option 2: Go to Martha’s Vineyard for a Writing Workshop. You sit around with a bunch of intellectuals eating cucumber sandwiches and trying to buff up your writing skills…
Ah, but Foxbat, remember… the pen is mightier than the sw– ahem, the M16A2 service rifle… except in combat. At that point even a pointed stick is better than a pen.
Pete is learning the arts of war in two ways now… his Kung Fu is strong… and getting stronger.
Congrats, Pete.
Wow, man, congrats!!
Thanks, guys.
Whew.
I never, ever dreamed that I would get in. Everything that I’ve read about this workshop tells me that it is the “bee’s knees.”
On a lighter note, it looks like Eat Meat with Pete will be bumped a couple of weekends (into cooler weather, yay) to accomodate it.
werd up bra!
