I had a lengthy reply but I scrapped it in favor of this. The city offered a service, the people took them up on it. Someday it may help nail a criminal or save someones life. If the time should come that big brother uses this against us, it will at least give our vigilante mobs something to tear down with a purpose.

If I walk down the sidewalk in front of his home I’m being recorded in a public place without my permission. I don’t know the legal ramifications, but I don’t care for it as it expands beyond the property he owns.
I know businesses do this all the time, but I still don’t care for it.
