The view from Indiana…

…is quite nice, actually. I’m in a small town halfway between Indianapolis and Cincinnatti on business (a local chemical plant). The fall colors are pretty, and the drive down from Indianapolis was light on traffic.

I can’t help but compare the countryside here to the movie Hoosiers; the sky was overcast, it’s late fall here, and the overwhelming feeling that I had when traveling down the road was that I wanted to go watch some high school basketball. Go figure.

I’m going to eat at a German restaurant this evening (high percentage of German settlers here), so we’ll see how that works out. Then, I’m stuck in meetings and such all day tomorrow before flying back late tomorrow night. Kate will keep you guys interested tomorrow night, and I’l return to regular posting on Thursday.
